1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Revitalized Leadership Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Revitalized Leadership Solutions provides:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address

  • Professional information and background

  • Payment and billing information

  • Communication preferences

  • Records of coaching sessions and program participation

3. Client Responsibilities

Participation and Engagement

  • Actively participate in coaching sessions and programs

  • Complete assigned exercises and homework

  • Provide honest and accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials

Professional Conduct

  • Treat all participants and staff with respect

  • Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions

  • Provide adequate notice for cancellations

  • Use services for lawful purposes only

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full before or at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed

  • All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our refund policy

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • You are responsible for any bank fees, transaction costs, or taxes

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellation without penalty

  • Less than 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of session fee

  • Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Programs and Workshops

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before start date: 80% refund

  • Cancellations 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before start date: No refund

  • No refunds after program commencement

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching discussions. Similarly, clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Proprietary coaching methodologies and materials

  • Information shared by other participants in group settings

  • Business practices and internal operations

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to worksheets, assessments, methodologies, and content provided during coaching or training sessions, remain the intellectual property of Revitalized Leadership Solutions or its licensors.

  • Materials are provided for personal use only

  • Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited

  • RBLP certification materials are subject to separate licensing agreements

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

Nature of Services

Our coaching and training services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not:

  • Psychological counseling or therapy

  • Medical or health advice

  • Legal or financial advice

  • Guaranteed to produce specific outcomes

Results Disclaimer

While we are committed to providing high-quality services, individual results may vary. Success depends on various factors including client engagement, application of principles, and external circumstances beyond our control.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revitalized Leadership Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Code of Ethics

We adhere to professional coaching standards and ethics, including:

  • Maintaining professional boundaries

  • Acting in the client's best interest

  • Continuous professional development

  • Respect for client autonomy and decision-making

  • Cultural sensitivity and inclusivity

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship:

  • With written notice as specified in individual agreements

  • Immediately for breach of these Terms

  • If the relationship is no longer beneficial or appropriate

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, and California law shall govern these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
